Yes. We use only authentic fragrances, purchased from verified distributors and official perfume stores. We do not sell imitations, clones, or perfumes of unknown origin.

The vial’s actual capacity is slightly larger than the listed volume to ensure proper atomizer function. The empty space is normal and does not affect the amount of fragrance you receive.

No. Returns are not accepted because each fragrance is prepared individually to order (see: Return Policy). If an error occurred on our part or your item was damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll find a solution.

We ship orders across Poland using InPost (parcel locker or courier). Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from the shipping date.

Each vial is packed in a bubble envelope, then placed inside a cardboard box, which is sealed in a durable courier envelope. This multi-layer packaging ensures the product arrives safely.
